We want you to love your Ice Tub!

You have 30 days to return your Ice Tub. If something isn't right, request to send it back! We got you covered with our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee and return policy.

To qualify for a return, the Ice Tub must be in its original, unused and new condition. The Ice Tub, along with all its pieces must be returned in its original box and packaging. 

Please be aware, we do not accept Ice Tubs after they have been filled with water and used. After unboxing and before filling, we advise you to inspect all the parts, components and materials to make sure everything looks good. Put it together and even try sitting in it! 

If you still want to return your Ice Tub, please reach out to our customer service at and we will begin the returns process. Please include the following information:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Reason for return
  • Photo(s) of defect / issue

We will provide you with the return mailing address and instructions if your return request is approved. The shipping cost will be paid by the customer. We do not offer free returns.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items can not be refunded. 

We do not refund or cover your countries extra duties / import charges. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further details.

Damages and issues

When you unbox your Ice Tub, check and inspect all the parts. Contact us right away if anything is broken, missing or damaged and we will make it right.

Replacement requests must be sent to within 10 days of receiving the order and are only valid for manufacturing defaults, broken and missing parts. Due to the nature of the product, we must assume that all minor damage after the first 10 days is normal wear and tear. 

The damage must impact the Ice Tubs' ability to function. In the event that a unit is accidentally damaged, misused or intentionally damaged, we have the right to refuse the replacement.
